Hydroponics is not organic, but this does look like a great idea to compliment efforts in the inner cities:

I’m not a fan of hydroponics actually; however, it does make sense for supplementing urban farming.
I would still rather see more soil based farming in urban areas – rooftop gardens, etc., and would like to see more discussion on all of these different farming approaches for the cities.
